Fifty
years ago the corner of 21st & Pico was the location
of the Fairview Branch of the Santa Monica Public Library.
Today the building still exists as a commercial property.

listed on Murals of LA web site. The mural shows the
Pico neighborhood's struggle to remain unified on both
